    The Flush Stair Nose butts right up against the floorboards and creates a seamless transition to the end of the step. Flush Stair Nose pieces can only be used in conjunction with a nail, staple or glue down install. Stair Nose pieces are installed by gluing down to the stair subfloor using construction adhesive in addition to face nailing.
